Awarding Body OCR carried out a Quality Assurance Monitoring Visit on Friday 20th January 2017 on Axia’s Team Leading and Management qualifications. Here are some extracts from Jan Mcknight’s (OCR’s External Quality Assurer) report. Learners spoke highly on the support they received from their assessors and benefitted from the regular training sessions which have helped them to become better team leaders. '
