As the manager or mentor of an apprentice, the role you play is critical to their success on the apprenticeship programme. Our aim is to support you in your role and ensure your apprentice gets the most out of their learning and development.

Below you can find a copy of our Employer Handbook. This handbook has been developed to act as a reference point for employers on all things apprenticeships. Our trainers will work very closely with you on the apprenticeship journey, and their aim is to support not only your apprentice, but also you as their leader, manager or mentor.
