  • Axia Senior Managers along with Company Senior Managers complete a Training Needs Analysis of your existing workforce to establish any gaps in training
  • Axia offer free consultation around the most appropriate and cost effective training routes to suit your business needs
  • We initially highlight those that are free to you or that are funded from your levy
  • We look at progression routes and succession planning with you
  • If you need us to present the benefits of training to your employees we are happy for our Work Based Trainers to talk to them at a convenient time and in an informal setting such as the canteen
  • If you decide you wish to take advantage of government or levy funded training we will guide you through how to register for this and take the administrative burden away from you
  • We also offer a range of bespoke training courses to meet business requirements
