Matrix Report

Axia recently underwent a rigorous 2 day inspection carried out by The Assessment Services Limited.

The Matrix Standard is a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.

We wanted to share a few paragraphs with the world to show that when it comes to providing training, we are the best of the best.

"Equality and diversity is lived and breathed across the organisation"

"A greater understanding of the needs of employers has resulted in better communication across management and operational staff. Employers value highly, the comprehensive knowledge held by Axia staff and their willingness to share information, particularly on current and future legislative change."

"IAG delivery continues to be a key factor in the success of the company."

The Company boasts:

1.Effective recruitment is a key factor in success and to this end, Axia staff work closely with employers to identify their current and future training needs. This begins with a strategic management approach to employers’ needs, considering the short as well as long term goals of each company. Careful consideration is given to the best ‘fit’ in terms of qualifications and potential recruits, ensuring that individuals are never set up to fail, but are offered alternative provision. 2.Learners were more than happy with the support received from key staff and felt that their best interests were always taken into account. 3.There is a current drive to offer a greater range of level 3 qualifications and to develop a range of new Standards for delivery in 2018. 4.Improvements have been made to the processes for learning needs analysis with employers, through a more robust and individualised approach. The MD has taken a personal role in ensuring that employers have the opportunity to identify their needs as well as any concerns regarding the potential provision. 5.The IAG delivered to employers is considered excellent with many comments describing the breadth of knowledge and ability to make complex ideas easily understood. Changes to the Apprenticeship Programmes and other legislative change have been fully explored with employers, enabling them to move forward with their staff needs.

"Evaluation is thorough and data is rigorously analysed."
