Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2

As a Customer Service Practitioner you will be providing customer service for businesses and other organisations including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written contact and communications.

Customer Service is relevant to hundreds of job roles - so it’s a great foundation for getting into any industry - from retail or banking to recruitment or healthcare. You could become a Receptionist, Customer Service Assistant or Customer Service Advisor etc. During your Apprenticeship you’ll develop skills that are valuable to employers in any sector.

Customer Service Specialist - Level 3

Customer Service Specialists are advocates for excellent customer service. They deal with more complex customer queries, purchases and complaints and will usually be the escalation point for other members of the customer service team.

Usually in this role you will be an expert in the organisation's products or services and will be using that knowledge to understand customer data and improve the service you provide, aiming for continous improvement.

Once you’ve achieved your Apprenticeship, you could complete further training to progress your career to senior roles such as Customer Relations Manager, Customer Service Supervisor or Team Leader. You could also complete qualifications in related subjects to Customer Service for instance Business Administration, as an administrator, receptionist or junior secretary.
