Customer Service Practitioner apprentices enhance the customer experience, identify areas for improvement and help retain and gain customers.
As a Customer Service Practitioner, apprentices will be providing excellent customer service, including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written communications. It's an ideal first-step in to a business career.
The course is 15 months long followed by an End Point Assessment with City and Guilds, where they will review the work done on the apprenticeship and also observe the apprentice's performance in the workplace.

The course is delivered as a blend of Face-to-Face, video calls and remote learning, with a minimum expectation of 6 hours of learning or skills development each week.
