This Apprenticeship provides you with a range of management and leadership skills, such as managing personal performance and development, contributing to meetings in a business environment and leading and managing a team. It also provides you with a range of knowledge needed to work in a team leading role.

Ideally you should have a minimum of grade D in both maths and English. If you do not hold these minimum grades, you will be assessed on your ability to complete the programme and will undertake Functional Skills classes to improve your skills.

Job roles applicable to this Apprenticeship include team leaders, section leaders, trainee supervisors, team co-ordinators plus a range of other team positions.
These qualifications are delivered entirely in the workplace and not in a college environment.
Once you've achieved your Apprenticeships, you could go on to complete further education and qualifications. You could also progress to an Advanced Apprenticeship in Management. With experience you could become a section manager, first line manager, assistant manager, trainee manager etc.

Candidates will receive an induction and initial assessment to determine their individual training needs.
