Axia celebrate CMI Success with Denby Pottery

Axia learner Dean Barlow at Denby Pottery has been awarded his CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership and is well on his way to completing the apprenticeship, pictured above all smiles with his work based trainer Deb Harrison. This prestigious course is EPA'd by the CMI and has been a great success with our companies, being newly added to our portfolio last year.

Dean is very pleased with his achievement, saying: "The CMI Management and Leadership Certificate was both thought provoking and challenging, but I had great support from Axia and am very pleased to achieve the qualification"

This course is a tough challenge, but with fantastic support and hard work by the management at Denby Pottery as well as the backing of the HR manager from the beginning, this programme has been a great success so far and will continue to be with every new member of staff enrolled onto the CMI qualification for Denby Pottery by Axia Solutions.
